• Preventive Plus Dental Plan - The Preventive Plus Dental Plan is designed as a low-cost dental insurance plan that pays for 100% of all preventive care twice per year for enrollees.  Additionally, the plan covers a percentage of basic and major dental services, as well as providing deep discounts for the employee-paid share of services.

• Network Select Dental Plan - The Network Select Dental Plan is a full-feature dental plan that pays for all preventive care, 80% of basic dental services and 50% of major restoration services.  The plan features the Ameritas dental network of over 82,000 dental providers across the US.

• Optima Unlimited Dental Plan - The Optima Unlimited Dental Plan is designed for those employees that wish to stay with their current dentist and that dentist is not in the Ameritas network.  Enrollees in the Optima Unlimited Dental Plan enjoy the same benefits as the Network Select Plan, but can see any dentist they choose.
